Marketing Performance Command Center

An AI-enabled work environment that links marketing data and business outcomes to decision-making.

Most reports show activity. Marketing Performance Command Center establishes a repeatable, governed workflow that combines analytics data, data from one active marketing channel and business outcome data in a single decision-ready view.

Leadership receives one agreed performance view, a clear record of data limitations and a list of next actions, each with an accountable owner. Material changes remain under human control.

The business problem

The data exists. The decision view does not.

Analytics, advertising platforms, content, CRM records, enquiries and revenue often live in separate systems. Each system uses different definitions, so reporting requires manual collection, checking and interpretation.

The meeting starts by debating which number is correct. Even when the report is complete, it may still be unclear what should happen next, who owns the action and which data limitation could change the conclusion.

  • marketing reports visits, clicks and campaigns while sales separately reports enquiries, opportunities and revenue
  • costs, results and business outcomes are not compared in the same operating context
  • channels or teams use inconsistent metric definitions
  • an existing dashboard displays data but does not support decision-making, assign ownership or define next actions
  • tracking and attribution gaps are hidden, or conclusions are presented with greater certainty than the evidence supports
02

Promised outcome

One decision-ready view, not another collection of charts.

We establish a clearly scoped, AI-enabled work environment for one recurring marketing performance review process. Using approved sources, it prepares an agreed performance view for leadership, highlights changes and exceptions, flags data gaps and proposes next actions for review.

This is not a promise of revenue growth or guaranteed ROI. The promised outcome is a faster, more traceable and repeatable decision-making process in which the supporting evidence, limitations and accountability are clear.

  • one agreed view of marketing activity, cost and business outcomes
  • a metric glossary with sources, owners, periods and attribution limitations
  • clear separation of facts, assumptions, missing data and recommendations
  • a record of exceptions, open decisions, next actions and accountable owners
  • an initial measurement of reporting preparation time and process usefulness before expansion
03

Who this is for

This offer is best suited to clients with a real decision-making process, not just a need for a better-looking dashboard.

The offer is designed primarily for owner-led or manager-led SMEs operating in service-based, knowledge-intensive, industrial or engineering fields, typically with 5 to 50 employees. Company size is secondary. Marketing activity, business-outcome data and an accountable process owner matter more.

  • leadership reviews marketing performance monthly or quarterly
  • the business uses analytics, at least one active marketing channel and a record of business outcomes
  • reporting requires manual collection from several systems or spreadsheets
  • enquiries, qualified opportunities or revenue matter more than clicks alone
  • an internal owner can confirm definitions, access and the usefulness of the output

This is not the right first step if

  • you only need a basic report from one channel
  • you have no record of business outcomes and no accountable process owner
  • you expect AI to change budgets, publish campaigns or take over marketing decisions
  • you want every channel, business unit and historical record connected in the first step
04

Initial pilot scope

One process, bounded sources, one accountable owner.

The pilot is deliberately bounded. The final source list is confirmed in the paid process review. A standard pilot scope includes one business unit or offer, one primary analytics source, one active marketing channel and one source of business outcome data.

Where a stable connection is not feasible or appropriate, an agreed manual export can be used. The purpose of the first implementation is to prove usefulness and control, not to build an entire data platform.

Connect

Map and include the agreed sources, owners, permissions, reporting periods and refresh method.

Define

Lock the meaning of metrics, conversions, costs, business outcomes and attribution limitations.

Decide

Prepare the leadership view, changes, exceptions, open questions and proposed next actions.

Govern

Trace every material figure. Separate facts, assumptions and gaps. Require a person to approve consequential action.

05

Delivery phases

The first useful result is produced within a clearly scoped process.

01
Week 1

Scope, metrics and access

Confirm the business objective, owner, sources, definitions, period, security boundaries and success criteria.

02
Weeks 1 to 2

Connection and normalisation

Prepare approved connections or exports, align fields and record data quality, freshness and limitations.

03
Week 3

First decision-ready review

Produce the first leadership view and decision pack. Check every material figure against its source.

04
Weeks 4 to 6

Review, refinement and handover

Use the workflow in a real review, refine the rules, measure the initial effect and decide whether to operate or expand it.

06

Deliverables

An implementation and documentation pack for a repeatable process.

  • a map of agreed sources, access, owners and refresh methods
  • a glossary of key metrics, conversions and business outcomes
  • a register of data-quality issues, tracking gaps and attribution limitations
  • one executive marketing performance view for the agreed scope
  • a repeatable decision pack with exceptions, questions and proposed next actions
  • a decision log with accountable owners and required approvals
  • instructions for repeating the data refresh and review
  • a pilot closure note with baseline measurement, open risks and a recommendation for an operated layer or expansion
07

Client inputs

A useful result requires an internal owner and timely inputs.

  • one accountable person for business review and decisions
  • approved access or agreed exports from the selected sources
  • existing definitions of objectives, conversions, costs and business outcomes
  • clarification of reporting periods, time zone, campaign naming and attribution rules
  • access to the person who understands CRM, sales outcomes or the agreed business-outcome record
  • confirmation of privacy, security, retention and permitted processing rules
  • timely review of the first output and decisions within the agreed delivery windows
08

Governance, security and accountability

AI prepares the evidence. People retain judgement and responsibility.

  • the first implementation is read-only by default
  • only approved sources and the minimum necessary access are used
  • every material figure is traceable to a source and reporting period
  • facts, assumptions, missing data and recommendations are clearly separated
  • budget, campaign, content, CRM and other production changes are not automated
  • material actions require named human approval
  • changes to definitions, sources and rules are logged
  • data defects and gaps are reported as findings rather than hidden behind false precision
09

Exclusions

The starting fee applies to the agreed, bounded scope.

  • custom development for unsupported or undocumented connectors
  • authentication remediation or repair of third-party connections
  • CRM redesign, a new data warehouse or a complete analytics rearchitecture
  • tracking implementation or repair, event tagging and attribution repair
  • large-scale data cleansing or reconstruction of missing history
  • campaign management, media buying, content production, websites or landing pages
  • automatic budget changes, publishing or write access to production systems
  • additional business units, channels, reports, historical backfills or real-time refresh
  • software licences, subscriptions, media spend, model usage, cloud infrastructure and external contractors
  • guaranteed ROI, ROAS, revenue or causal claims that the underlying evidence cannot support
10

Commercial structure

Risk is reduced in stages.

Fees exclude licences, subscriptions, media spend, model usage and cloud infrastructure. Additional sources, business units, connectors, extensive cleaning and production changes are scoped separately.

The payment schedule, final source list, timeline, contract terms and responsibilities are documented in the implementation proposal after the paid review.

11

Assumptions

The offer depends on verifiable inputs and active client participation.

  • the agreed sources provide stable access or a repeatable export
  • the client can confirm metric definitions and data owners
  • business outcomes are at least partially recorded in CRM, a sales register, ecommerce or another agreed source
  • the accountable owner is available for decisions and review during delivery
  • refreshes are periodic unless otherwise agreed
  • attribution reliability cannot exceed the quality of existing tracking and commercial records
  • delays in access, approvals or inputs may move the timeline
12

Success criteria

The pilot succeeds when the process is useful, traceable and measurable.

  • agreed metrics have a clear definition, source, owner and reporting period
  • the view can be reproduced from the same inputs using the agreed procedure
  • every material figure is traceable and limitations are visible
  • exceptions and gaps lead to a clear question, decision or next action
  • the named internal owner confirms that the view improves preparation or decision quality
  • report preparation and manual reconciliation time are measured before and after the pilot
  • at least one complete review cycle is completed with decisions and accountable owners recorded
  • no material action is executed without the agreed human approval
13

Next step

Start with one 30-minute process fit review.

Choose one marketing review or report that currently requires the most time to collect, check and explain the data. During the free review, we determine whether the problem is sufficiently clear for a paid review.

If so, the next step is a process review and initial implementation plan for EUR 490 + VAT. Only then do we confirm the sources, metrics, final scope, price and pilot timeline.
